The deadline for sign-ups will be listed on the Housing Details, Itinerary, and on this page.

If you don't sign up by the deadline, Company Management will not make a hotel reservation for you.

After the deadline, we also will not be able to cancel or add rooms, or change dates for check-in or check-out except in the event of unforeseeable circumstances. If you do need to make changes, please email Company Management with your requested updates.
